I GOT COMMISSIONED!

So as you well know, I crochet on the side of all my other chaos and to relax/procrastinate from nursing school in general because it is usually too much work. It is also something else I can do at work. So this week I got commissioned to do a hat and scarf combo after I completed my sister and her boyfriend one. I was very excited. Here are the results. ( I like the way it came out)

So yes, my mommy is awsome and already bought me my christmas present, well kinda. She has known that I wanted a kitchen aid mixer for a very long time (esp with cooking/baking a lot more now that we have our house and found it on sale), plus had coupons so she mailed me some money and coupons and I purchased it. YAY!.

And we made a nook for it on the kitchen cart and bar of all the goodies to have just in case and so we don't loose them

Now that halloween is over, it is time to put up a fall display after seeing this tutorial on this site and here it was time to get motivation to make my own. Although there is really display I did hang it from my window and it looks great except our windows need to be cleaned.

Oh I love the way it turned out.. and besides wrapping the yarn, it was so easy.

I really love fall now that I live in the midwest and can actually enjoy it. My favorite is watching the leaves change color. =) well today peter and I went to the orchard and picked our own pumpkins and apples had some cider and started on our pumpkins. We got two of them done before I go to work. I wish it could never end. I had a lot of fun today reminds me of childhood all over again. =)

so I have really been thinking I want a theme for out long awaited wedding I know because your holding your breathe like me .. right.. haha. So i was thinking.. which is good from time to time and I really like the vintage themes like the 1920s and I have to include something to do with flying of course and this is what I came up with.. please of please your input is wanted.  

hello.. again my long lost friend

I have been very bad about keeping you up to date .. but I am back for now. Life has been busy but in reality I wouldn't want it any other way. I have changed what I want for our wedding yet again but it really doesn't matter simply because we are not there yet. And once more more friends are either a. getting engaged/married or b. breaking up. For the latter it is so surprising and depressing because these are friends that I thought would be first but no they are breaking up left and right. =(

You know I am at work right now.. what do you really expect?

new project.. so in our house WE LOVE HALLOWEEN, but we have no decorations. give us a break we are starting from scratch so today I went on a hunt to find some and out something together while peter has been away to chicago this weekend. Its nothing big and we don't have any pumpkins outside but I do kinda love it.

I am sitting here watching my new show (glee), drinking a glass of wine and baking. yay! some of my favorite things. you use to be my rock my need because you were there. well guess what .. your not anymore. that stupid slut that doesn't give you shit and you pick her over me. Well theres a new lover muffin in town. and its not you!.. I am so sick of your shit and its over. P is my man and my everything, he my lover muffin and always will be.
