Wedding run down


For those who did not get the memo.. we are 7 DAYS OUT!! woo hoo. Here is the rundown (as of right now). Here are some answers to some questions I have been getting, hope this helps.

Date: Saturday August 6th 
Place: Gate way building in the Research Park, yes it is an office building and the address is.. 1800 South Oak Street Champaign, Illinois 61820
Time: ceremony starts at 4 pm, cocktail hour/toast at 430-530p, dinner at 530p, followed by cake cutting and dancing the night away
Theme: Vintage paper flowers and airplanes
Colors: Navy Blue, charcoal gray, ivory and pops of red
Wedding Party: 2 girls: Hayley (friend) and Kristie (sister of the bride)2 boys: Kendal (friend)and David (brother of the groom)
Flowers: Only using flowers for bouquets, corsages,buttoners and ceremony. They will be red roses and gladiolas. The center pieces are hand made by my dad and me with sticks, paper flowers and planes, and rice
Food: Hog roast, cole slaw and beans. Beer, wine and champagne provided along with tea, lemonade and water.

Hotel: As far as i know there is no hotel space available in the area. The hotel that was saved was the Ihotel which is across the street from the venue.


I hope this answers a lot of questions and is helpful for people. I am getting so excited writing all this down I can not wait.
