Isn't it funny.. role reversal

Since I was 15 I have been working more than one job and/or in school. This is the first time since than that I have only has one thing on my plate and it is so new to me that I have no idea what to do with all of my free time. 

With that being said I have been working on a TON of new projects  (more to come on that) and our house budget and expenses have changed (more on that too), but something unexpected happened too.

P (who works for his dad) has been picking up a lot of new contracts and stressing over work which use to be a 8 to 630p kinda job is now taking over his life and he is not so happy.

He has been complaining a lot like I use to do and just not in a happy place. 

As I wake up late, sit on the couch, watch tv and crochet he is off to work, boo. oh well.

Its funny that as soon as you think things are going to be all evened out there not. 

Oh well, things will get better. 

Any new occurrences in life with you guys?

How Things change

This past weekend we hosted a part for P.

and 

I tried a bunch of new recipes from Pinterest.

Well, isn't funny when your girlfriends some in your house and say i saw that on pinterest too.

So GOOD!!

That when you get older, in order to have a birthday you have to do all the work.

I ordered myself a birthday cake last week 

and

Frankly I don't even want to celebrate my birthday

(today)

I am still overwhelmed with the holidays and upcoming events 

Can we just skip it this year?
